The right of the mother is great, and it is obligatory for children to honor her and be good to her, even if she misbehaves or commits adultery. It is not permissible to expel her from the house. Children are advised to bring their mother back home and try to prevent her from mixing with foreign men, and to strive to marry her off to a righteous man who will protect her chastity.
