Is it permissible for a Muslim girl to recite the Qur’an at the opening of a mixed-gender charity event (men and women, Muslims and non-Muslims) in a European country like Germany?

There is no harm in a woman reciting the Quran aloud, as long as the recitation is in a befitting manner and the woman avoids anything that might lead to temptation, such as softening her voice.
