What is the ruling on watching pornography to extinguish sexual desire resulting from seeing unveiled women, especially with the presence of a coolness in the marital relationship?

It is impermissible to watch pornographic films because they are evil deeds that corrupt the heart. One must repent to Allah from them and lower the gaze from forbidden things. It is not valid to justify this act by claiming the existence of evils in the streets. If the wife does not fulfill the man's needs, he should be frank with her and try to remedy her shortcomings. Otherwise, he should marry another if he is able, or fast and guard his hearing and sight.
