Is the agreed-upon method for managing the company—which relies on a voting system and majority rule, while giving the managing partner two votes (as a partner and as a manager)—forbidden by Sharia or permissible?

The fundamental principle concerning partnerships is that partners undertake their usual responsibilities. However, they are permitted to agree upon delegating management and decision-making to one of them, or to make some decisions collective while granting the manager a greater advantage. The basis of a partnership is agency (wakalah), as each partner acts as an agent for the other, and this applies to all contractual partnerships. Therefore, the method of managing the aforementioned company is permissible in Islamic law.
