What should be done with the three graves located at the edge of the land, and is it permissible to move the remains of the deceased from them?

The general rule is that cemeteries established on barren land become the property of those buried in them. It is not permissible to violate the sanctity of these graves by digging them up, walking over them, or desecrating them. They should be surrounded by a fence to prevent their desecration and to preserve the dignity of those buried therein, because the sanctity of a deceased Muslim is like his sanctity when alive.
