What should one do who has purchased land adjacent to an old cemetery, and whose path to the land passes through the middle of the cemetery for introducing equipment, encountering human remains, and is it permissible for him to move and rebury them elsewhere?

It is permissible to utilize the graveyard by walking on it or similar actions, if the graves have become effaced and the earth has consumed the bones, and the place was not anawaqf (endowment). However, if any trace of the deceased remains, such as a bone or otherwise, it is not permissible to build upon the graveyard or walk on it, even if hundreds of years have passed.
