Is one who allows his relatives to use the internet sinful if he knows that they are using it for unlawful matters?

If you know, or it is highly probable in your estimation, that your children or siblings are using internet services for what Allah has forbidden, then you must prevent them from doing so, based on the Almighty's saying: "And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression."
