Were extraterrestrial beings mentioned in the Quran or Sunnah? And if they exist, why weren't they mentioned? What is the origin of the term "extraterrestrial beings" if it is not found [in the religious texts]? What is the view regarding those who attribute the creation of humans and the building of the pyramids to them? And what is the authenticity of the circulating images about them, and what is the purpose of promoting them?

The Creator is capable of creating extraterrestrial beings. The Quran has indicated the existence of creatures unknown to humanity during the prophetic era, and it has pointed to the role of scientific discoveries, and that every piece of news has an appointed time when it will appear, citing the Almighty’s words: "And He creates what you do not know" and "For every tiding is a [set] time." Furthermore, there are verses that refer to the existence of creatures (dawab) in the heavens and the earth, such as the Almighty's saying: "And what He has dispersed throughout them of creatures (dabbah)." Some scholars have interpreted the word (dabbah) here as including creatures other than angels. There is no impediment for these verses to be an indication of the existence of other worlds, but one should not assert it definitively due to the possibility of interpretation. As for the claim that extraterrestrial beings created humans through DNA, it is false, because the father of humanity is Adam, peace be upon him, and Allah created him from clay. Regarding the construction of the pyramids, these are unknown matters upon which no worldly or otherworldly affair depends, so it is more appropriate for a Muslim to avoid delving into them.
