Is teaching in French at universities, given that most scientific and technical articles and books are in foreign languages, religiously forbidden or a humiliation? And will the teacher be held accountable if he addresses his students in it to explain the lesson?

The Arabic language is the emblem of the people of Islam and the language of the Quran. Turning away from it is reprehensible, as it involves imitating the disbelievers and contradicts the glory of Islam. Habitually using a foreign language affects one's intellect, character, and religion, unless there is a necessity to speak it. Therefore, there is no blame on a student or teacher for studying sciences in a language other than Arabic if this is imposed upon them by governmental authorities and serves the interests of the learners.
