Is teaching technical sciences in Islamic universities in English and French considered humiliating, especially with the availability of scientific sources in these two languages, and does this fall under "the gibberish of foreigners" or imitating infidels?

Do not pay attention to these whispers. Rather, dedicate yourself to seeking beneficial knowledge for yourself and for Muslims, regardless of its language. Teaching sciences and reading books in foreign languages is not among the blameworthy "gibberish of non-Arabs" because it is done out of necessity and for benefit. Muslims are commanded to acquire the means of strength, and there is no harm in learning beneficial worldly sciences from the West if that is a way to advance, while maintaining pride in the Arabic language and Islamic identity.
