Is it permissible to perform Umrah with a passport obtained through bribery?

There are two scenarios for obtaining a Hajj or Umrah (definition) visa through bribery: The first: permissible, which is when the bribe is given to secure an established right that is withheld by the responsible party unless the bribe is paid. Hajj performed this way is valid, with no sin. The second: forbidden, which is when paying the bribe infringes upon the rights of others by prioritizing the payer over someone more deserving. Hajj performed this way is valid, but sinful.
