There is no harm for one who has entered into for Hajj or to leave the , such as going to Tan'im, Al-Shara'i', or other places outside the Haram ( حل ), or to leave Mecca before completing their Hajj. This does not affect their ihram or Hajj. Ibn Uthaymeen mentioned that this is permissible without any objection, and the Permanent Committee also permitted it, as long as it does not lead to missing the stay in Mina or the farewell .
