Is anything incumbent upon us due to our departure from the Sacred Mosque in Makkah before completing the rites and then returning to complete them?

There is no harm for one who has entered into ihram (definition) for Hajj or Umrah (definition) to leave the Haram (definition), such as going to Tan'im, Al-Shara'i', or other places outside the Haram ( حل ), or to leave Mecca before completing their Hajj. This does not affect their ihram or Hajj. Ibn Uthaymeen mentioned that this is permissible without any objection, and the Permanent Committee also permitted it, as long as it does not lead to missing the stay in Mina or the farewell tawaf (definition).
