Is it permissible to work in a non-profit governmental development bank that deals with sometimes interest-bearing, concessional loans? And is the salary earned from it permissible, or is it obligatory to search for another job, for example, in an Islamic bank?

If your work in the bank is not related to usury or assisting in it, then there is no harm in it, provided that you adhere to the Islamic regulations for women working among men. However, if the bank does not avoid usurious transactions, and most of your dealings are with men, and there is no woman with you in your specialization, and you feel unease and that the work is impermissible, then it is better for you to leave it, according to the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Sin is what wavers in the heart and what you dislike people finding out about, even if they give you a verdict."
