Should a sick person, for whom fasting is impermissible, perform Tarawih prayers like those who are fasting?

Tarawih prayer is a highly recommended Sunnah, and whoever abandons it has missed a great good, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever stands (in prayer) during Ramadan with faith and expecting Allah's reward, all his previous sins will be forgiven." It is prescribed for everyone, and there is no difference between those who fast and those who do not.
