Is it permissible to give away to the poor the money that resulted from not reporting a divorce and continuing to receive family allowance from the government department, knowing that the end-of-service benefits are withheld until the work in another department is completed?

Taking the marriage bonus after the marriage has ended is not permissible. It must be returned to the concerned authority, due to the Almighty’s saying: "O you who have believed, fulfill [all] contracts," and the Hadith: "Muslims are bound by their conditions," and "On the hand is what it took until it returns it." If it is not possible to return it to the authority, then it should be given to the poor and needy.
