The answer

It is not permissible to combine two prayers for a woman experiencing irregular bleeding (Mustahadah) or those in a similar situation, except according to the Hanbalis. They permit it for the sick, and they have included the Mustahadah in this category because it is a type of illness. As for the Hanafis, they only permit combining prayers during rituals (Nusuk). The Shafi'is do not permit it for illness. The Malikis permit it, but only as a jam' taqdeem (combining and performing earlier) for someone who fears fainting or fever, and it is commendable for them to repeat the second prayer if they recover from their illness.
