Must the husband return the sum of EGP 20,000 to the man, and is he not entitled to take the sum of EGP 20,000 from the third party?

The husband is entitled to a fee from the buyer with whom he had an agreement to search for a plot of land, then the buyer reneged on the contract. He is not entitled to anything from the third party.
