What is the ruling on marrying a religious man who is already married with children, or marrying a deaf man who is married with children, given the questioner's desire to emigrate and leave her family who do not follow the rules of Islam?
It is recommended to supplicate for your family's guidance, for hearts are in the hands of Allah, who disposes of them as He wills. Marriage is the right of the girl, and if a suitable suitor proposes, the father has no right to prevent her unless there is a legitimate reason. The fact that the man is married does not legally prevent it, but it may be difficult to ascertain his character and religiosity if he is from another country. If his righteousness becomes clear and you hope for a lasting companionship, try to convince your family. If they refuse, you have the right to remove harm from yourself. It is advisable to supplicate frequently for a righteous marriage. Migration from a place where Allah is disobeyed and where one fears for their religion may be legislated, but one must first be certain that this is the most appropriate course of action, and it is advisable to consult trustworthy individuals.
