Peace be upon you. What is the ruling on marrying a woman who has emigrated to a land of disbelief?

It is permissible to marry a Muslim immigrant woman of good religious commitment and character, provided her guardian approves. However, if she is not committed to the rulings of Islam, it is not advisable to marry her, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "A woman is married for four reasons: for her wealth, for her lineage, for her beauty, and for her religion. So, choose the one who is religious, and you will prosper."
