Does selling a female's share of inheritance to her brother, by agreement and negotiation over the price, make her sinful towards the remaining heirs?

The deceased's property becomes the right of their heirs after the settlement of debts and the execution of the will. Each heir must be given their share upon request, and withholding it is an injustice. It is not permissible for some heirs to benefit from the inheritance without the consent of the others. The males who benefited from the house must repent. It is permissible for one heir to purchase the share of another with their consent, and to compensate some with another dwelling with their consent. The stepmother is not permitted to refuse the sale of her share if the inheritance is property that cannot be divided and the rest of the heirs see fit to sell; otherwise, the matter may be referred to a judge. The remaining heirs have the right to demand fair rent from their male siblings who resided in the house.
