What is the ruling on working for a company that produces alcohol-free beer?

Beer that is free of alcohol and does not intoxicate when consumed is permissible to sell, buy, and drink. As for that which intoxicates when consumed, a little or a lot of it is forbidden, and it is not permissible to consume it, sell it, or buy it. Working in companies that produce permissible beer is allowed, but working in companies that produce intoxicating beer is not allowed.
