Is it permissible for a wife to seek divorce due to her husband's short penis (4 cm) after giving birth to four children? And is it permissible for the wife to use an artificial phallus to satisfy her sexual desire? What is the solution to this problem?

The fundamental principle is the prohibition of a woman asking for divorce, based on what was reported from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. If a man is able to have intercourse with his wife, it is not permissible for her to seek divorce or annulment, because the possibility of intercourse and pleasure is available. The children with whom the man has been blessed are proof of his soundness from any defect in intercourse.

As for seeking sexual gratification through modern means such as an artificial phallus, it is forbidden. A woman who uses it falls under the general meaning of His Almighty's saying: "But whoever seeks beyond that, then those are the transgressors."

The solution is for the wife to be content with what Allah has allotted for her, or to satisfy her desire with any part of her husband's body. If she is harmed and fears that she will not be able to uphold the boundaries set by Allah, then she may seek divorce or redemption.
