It is not permissible to enable any company to serve shisha in a restaurant, even if it is without sharing in its profits; this is because it involves cooperation in sin and aggression, which is forbidden by Islamic law. prohibits anything that leads to what is forbidden. A partner who refrains from shisha profits, if he does not prevent it while being able to do so, is a partner in sin.
