What are the most important books of comparative Fiqh, ancient and modern?

The books of comparative Fiqh are those that mention the differences among the schools of thought and the opinions of the jurists, along with their evidence. Among these are: (Al-Mughni), (Al-Majmoo‘), and (Al-Muhalla). Among the books interpreting the verses of rulings are: "Ayat al-Ahkam" by Ibn al-Arabi and al-Jassas, and (Al-Jami‘ li Ahkam al-Qur’an). Among the books explaining the hadiths of rulings are: (Al-Istidhkar), (Ihkam al-Ahkam), (Tarh al-Tathrib), (Subul al-Salam), and (Nayl al-Awtar).
