It is not permissible to sell memberships for a fixed sum in exchange for a percentage of cashback or a discount, due to the element of (uncertainty/deception) involved. Consequently, it is not permissible to work in their sale. If, in addition to this, the work involves multi-level marketing, it becomes even more (forbidden).
