Is a pilgrimage (Hajj) whose expenses are paid by the host sufficient as the Hajj al-Islam (the obligatory pilgrimage)?

If a woman performs the obligatory Hajj, the validity of her Hajj is not affected by her not spending any of her money on it, or by her spending little while others spent a lot. If her Hajj fulfills the conditions, pillars, and obligations, then it absolves her of the obligation of Hajj, even if others covered its expenses.
