Does money that is barely enough to perform the Hajj obligation, with nothing left over for necessities afterward, count as part of the required means (istita'ah) for Hajj?

If a woman possesses the physical and financial capacity for Hajj, meaning she finds sufficient means for travel and return with the presence of a Mahram (definition) or reliable companions, then Hajj becomes obligatory for her, even if she would not have money left for emergencies. This is the opinion of the majority of scholars and is the correct view according to the Shafi’is. According to the Malikis, this is conditional on not fearing destruction or severe harm to herself or to those whose expenses she is obliged to cover.
