Is it permissible for a married or unmarried woman to use an artificial phallus to avoid fornication?

Using an artificial penis is forbidden and transgresses the boundaries set by Allah. The fear of committing zina (unlawful sexual intercourse) does not make it permissible. A Muslim must distance themselves from what is forbidden and block all means leading to it, and ask Allah for help. Sexual desire can be alleviated through fasting, as guided by the Prophet (peace be upon him). If one is unable to fast and there is a fear of falling into zina, then using an artificial penis is less harmful than zina. One should commit the lesser of two evils if both cannot be avoided. A Muslim woman should reflect on Allah's reward and punishment to distance herself from forbidden acts.
