It is recommended to turn to Allah Almighty with sincerity and to supplicate to Him to relieve distress, and to be keen on early marriage for protection and chastity. And whoever is unable to marry, then he should fast; for it is a shield, as the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said.
