What is the ruling on entering the bathroom with a Mushaf, and does the ruling on Islamic tapes on which the Noble Qur’an is recorded apply to it by analogy?

It is forbidden to enter the toilet or impure places with a mus'haf (copy of the Qur'an), as this contradicts the reverence due to the word of Allah, unless there is a fear of it being stolen or forgotten. As for tapes, there is no issue in entering with them because they are not mushafs, and they do not contain writing.
