What is the ruling on taking electronic devices that contain the Noble Qur’an audibly into restrooms?

It is not forbidden to take mobile phones into the toilet, even if the Qur'an is recorded on them, because they are not a Mus'haf (a physical copy of the Qur'an), and what is inside them is a hidden sound, not visible writing.
