Handling and Respect

• What is the ruling on discarding papers that contain the name of Allah, whether inadvertently or out of laziness, but without intending to belittle it? Is this considered an act of disbelief (kufr)? What are the views of other schools of thought on issues related to discarding or desecrating the name of Allah? And what is the ruling on cats inadvertently stepping on a copy of the Qur'an?
• What is the basis of reliability for the banner of “Al-Uqab” (the Eagle) (a black flag with "La ilaha illa Allah" written on it), and how should one deal with those who stir up discord concerning it?
• Is the presence of the Mushaf in the kitchen, and my brother's saying, "Why is the Qur'an in the kitchen? Does it eat?" considered mockery of the religion, and is the laughter of those who heard it considered disbelief?
