Does divorce take place merely by the husband saying to his wife: "I don't think we will continue together," or "I'm fed up with you," or "I'm tired of you," or "I will divorce you," or "I will divorce you after I take the children"?

All that was mentioned does not effect a divorce merely by itself. It is either an expression of the desire for it, or a promise and a threat of it. Divorce does not occur merely by these words. We advise staying away from such words and being keen on good speech and living together amicably, and beware of going too far with obsessive thoughts.
