Does divorce take place by the husband's saying: "If you don't do this every day, I will divorce you," and his saying: "I am fed up, I don't want to continue, go to your parents' house," with both of them acknowledging that it was said in jest on both occasions?

The first phrase is a promise to divorce and a threat of it, by which divorce does not occur. The second phrase is a metaphor by which divorce does not occur unless the husband intends to effect divorce by it. So, if he said it jokingly and did not intend to effect divorce by it, then it does not constitute a divorce.
