What is the difference between the gradual prohibition of Khamr (intoxicants) and the command for Jihad, given that Muslims are required to abide by the final prohibition regarding Khamr, whereas they are commanded to exercise capability in Jihad?

After the death of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and the stabilization of Sharia rulings, the rulings of Islam must be taken as a whole, and gradual submission to them is not permissible. Whoever denies something whose prohibition is necessarily known, such as alcohol, is an apostate. As for the legal commands, their obligation is tied to ability. So, a person is not obligated to do what they cannot or what causes them hardship, in accordance with the Almighty's saying: (So fear Allah as much as you are able) and the Prophet's saying, peace and blessings be upon him: "If I command you to do something, then do of it as much as you are able, and if I forbid you from something, then avoid it."
