What is the ruling on the two prayers of Fajr and Subh?

The Fajr prayer is the Subh prayer; they are two names for the obligatory prayer. As for the Sunnah of Fajr, it consists of two rak'ahs after the Fajr adhan, and they are a confirmed Sunnah that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, prayed individually in the mosque or his home. He used to make them very light.
