Was the Prophet (peace be upon him) visiting Khadijah's female friends?

The Prophet, may Allah's prayers and peace be upon him, used to frequently mention Khadijah after her death. He would slaughter a sheep and send portions of it to her friends. This indicates his faithfulness and preservation of affection. Al-Hakim and Al-Bayhaqi reported that the Prophet, may Allah's prayers and peace be upon him, said about an old woman who used to visit them during Khadijah's time: "Indeed, good companionship is part of faith." We have not found any evidence that he, may Allah's prayers and peace be upon him, used to visit her friends in their homes.
