What is the ruling regarding a husband saying "علي الطلاق" (I divorce my wife by God) without completing it, claiming he only said "علي الـ" (upon the...) and does a divorce occur by this, taking into consideration that his wife heard him say "علي الطلاق" in full?

When a husband utters a divorce pronouncement by way of narrating or reporting someone else's words, it does not constitute a divorce, and therefore, it has no effect on the marital bond.
