Does divorce occur if the husband utters the phrase "علي الطلاق" (upon me be divorce) without intending it, or if he repeats what actors say in movies, or if he swears to something he believes to be true? And do doubt and the husband's inability to remember negate the divorce?
We advise you to turn away from whisperings (waswas) and not pay attention to them, for divorce does not occur with doubt, nor does it occur by uttering it in the manner of a narration. Seek help from Allah and occupy your time with what benefits you.
