Is the business of selling women's accessories and gifts permissible (halal) or forbidden (haram), and does it fall under the Almighty's saying: "Indeed, those who like that immorality should be spread among those who have believed..."?

The basic principle regarding the sale of women's clothing and gifts is permissibility, unless it is highly probable that they will be used for immodest display (tabarruj) or if they contain an unlawful (shar'i) element. The sale of these items does not fall under the warning mentioned in the Almighty’s saying: "Indeed, those who like that immorality should be spread among those who have believed will have a painful punishment in this world and the Hereafter. And Allah knows and you do not know." Nevertheless, it is advisable to avoid trading or working in this field for anyone who wishes to safeguard their religion and honor, due to the consequences that may arise, such as immodestly adorned women entering the premises and conversations occurring that could lead to temptation.
