What is the ruling on renting out furnished apartments while providing a television and satellite dish, knowing their corrupting influence?

It is religiously forbidden to aid a disobedient person in their disobedience, as Allah Almighty says: (And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression. And fear Allah.) [Al-Ma'idah: 2]. Since satellite dishes are often used to watch forbidden things, it is not permissible to help a tenant in this regard if it is highly probable that they will use it for forbidden purposes. Scholars have warned against satellite dishes due to the corruption they cause and their role in spreading disbelief among Muslims. They have forbidden their use, sale, purchase, and manufacture, considering it an act of cooperating in sin and aggression. If the lease is forbidden, then the money earned from it is illicit. The departure of tenants from you may be a source of good and blessing, as Allah Almighty says: (And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him a way out And will provide for him from where he does not expect. And whoever relies upon Allah - then He is sufficient for him.) [At-Talaq: 2-3].
