Is it permissible to pray using the ablution of ghusl (ritual bath) without performing the ablution for prayer (wudu)?

If the person performing ghusl (definition) (ritual bath) makes wudu' (ablution) during the ghusl for janabah (definition) (major ritual impurity), or intends to remove minor ritual impurity along with the ghusl, then their impurity is removed, and it becomes permissible for them to pray, touch the Mushaf (definition) (Qur'an), and perform Tawaf (definition) (circumambulation of the Kaaba). Similarly, if they make wudu' with an ordinary bath, like a bath for cleanliness, it does not matter that they are in a place of relieving oneself.
