What is the ruling on one who swore an oath concerning his wife that if she enters a women's beauty salon, she would be unlawful to him, knowing that he did not swear an oath against the hairdresser coming to the home?

Scholars have differed concerning the consequences of a husband's conditional prohibition of his wife. The most preponderant opinion is that it depends on the husband's intention: if he intended ẓihār, then it is ẓihār; if he intended divorce, then it is divorce; and if he intended an oath, then it is an oath. As long as you do not go to the mentioned place, nothing occurs. But if you do go, then what the husband intended takes effect. This oath does not include the hairdresser coming to the house, as there is no harm in that.
