If you are able to pray with purity for a portion of the time, then that becomes obligatory for you, and re-performing the prayer is necessary in both cases after istinja' (cleaning oneself after relieving oneself), removing impurities, and performing wudu' (ablution). Attending congregational prayer in the mosque is obligatory and is not waived due to mere possibility, unless it is highly probable that one will not be able to catch it. If you break your wudu' during prayer, feign holding your nose to excuse yourself; this is guidance for concealing the matter. It is permissible for you to lead people in prayer because you are not afflicted with سلس (incontinence), but if it is highly probable that urine will be discharged, it is better to let someone else lead. The difficulty of using a restroom outside the home is not an excuse for delaying the prayer beyond its prescribed time, but apparent joining (performing Dhuhr prayer at the end of its time and Asr prayer at the beginning of its time) is permissible. It is obligatory to remove impurities, and wudu' is a condition for the validity of circumambulation (Tawaf). If urine is discharged, remove it, perform wudu', and complete the Tawaf without restarting it from the beginning.
