A person interfering to influence the awarding of a bid to a specific company is a forbidden act, and taking a commission for it is considered forbidden bribery. The bidding process should be left to competition based on experience, quality, and suitable price, excluding mediation and bribery. As for renting buildings, tools, machinery, and the like from the company, there is no harm in that. However, renting out the company's commercial register is not permissible.
