Does intoning and embellishing the voice when reciting the Prophetic Hadith have a legal basis in Sharia?

Allah commanded the recitation of the Qur’an and its beautification with the voice, and it is mentioned in the Hadith: “Beautify the Qur’an with your voices.” As for the noble Hadith, there is no text commanding its tartil (measured, rhythmic recitation), but it is recommended to read it slowly and deliberately.
