What is the status of Muslim women in orphan and foundling societies, and how are they married when they have no families, and what is the legitimate ruling on such a marriage?

It is permissible to marry Muslim women from orphanages and foundlings. The absence of their families to meet the groom's family at the wedding does not affect the validity of the marriage. For the marriage to be complete, it must fulfill the conditions of validity, and the guardian for one who has no guardian is the Sharia judge or his representative.
