Is smiling during the recitation of a Surah from the Qur’an due to remembering a worldly matter unrelated to religion considered mockery or disrespect towards religion?

This act is not a mockery of religion or a trivialization of its rituals, but it contradicts the presence of heart that a reader of the Quran should have, for one who is heedless of recitation does not benefit from the Quran. Ibn Al-Qayyim says that being affected by the Quran requires listening attentively and presence of heart, and the absence of impediments such as the heart's inadvertence and its heedlessness from pondering the meaning.
