Is the 7% that the former female associate receives from my sales considered usury (riba), since she takes the money from me without expending any effort?

The beautification of women is permissible, provided that the adornment is not displayed to non-mahram men, and that it does not involve prohibited acts such as plucking eyebrows (namṣ). As for mediating the sale of beauty products, this is brokerage, and it is permissible. However, what the female participant takes, if it is in an impermissible manner, such as fashion modeling, then it is not permissible; because it is a form of consuming wealth unjustly. Allah the Almighty said: "O you who have believed, do not consume your wealth among yourselves unjustly, but only [in lawful] trade by mutual consent."
