Does the 'Umrah in the last ten days of Ramadan have a special virtue over the rest of its days, due to its connection with Laylat al-Qadr in the Haram of Makkah, and are the virtues of Laylat al-Qadr multiplied in the Haram compared to other mosques?

'Umrah in Ramadan is equivalent to Hajj, and there is no difference in that between the beginning of the month, its middle, or its end. However, the last ten nights of Ramadan are better than others, and the reward for good deeds is multiplied by the virtue of time and place. So, whoever catches Laylat al-Qadr (the Night of Decree) in the Grand Mosque (Masjid al-Haram) has combined the virtues of time and place, and it is hoped that their reward will be multiplied.
